What we know about you, and what we do with it.

Silver April is an editorial map of notable buildings at silverapril.com. This notice covers the site and your account. Questions or requests go to annoinspace@gmail.com.

What we collect

There is no advertising, no analytics tracking and no selling or renting of your details, to anyone.

How we use it

Cookies

Only the ones that keep you signed in. They are set when you sign in and removed when you sign out. Nothing is used to follow you around the web, so there is nothing to consent to.

Who handles it

A few services run parts of the site for us and only process your data to do that:

Names in the records

The deeds, mortgages and filings members read come from New York City’s public property records and name the parties as they were recorded. If you are named and believe something is shown in error, write to annoinspace@gmail.com and we will look into it.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep your account until you ask us to delete it. You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold, or to stop hearing from us, at any time: write to annoinspace@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will say so on the site and, for members, by email.
